Privacy policy

WakeCall is operated by ROSLAB AB (Sweden). We store only the data needed to run the service and never pass it on for advertising. The data controller is ROSLAB AB, reachable at info@roslab.com.

What we store

  • Your email address – for sign-in links, confirmations and receipts.
  • The phone numbers you enter for calls.
  • Your reminders: date and time, type (wake-up, medication, your own text) and status, including every call attempt with its time, outcome and duration.
  • Your credits and your subscription and payment status – but not your card details, which stay with Stripe only.
  • Technical logs (IP address, browser) for security and abuse prevention, for example around sign-in links and the free trial.

How we call

Calls are placed by our own systems; no external calling provider is involved. To connect the call, the phone number is passed – as with any phone call – to the telecom operators carrying it.

Service providers

  • Stripe (payments): you enter card details directly with Stripe; we receive only your email address, the amount and the payment status. Stripe also sends the receipts.
  • Postmark (email delivery): our emails – sign-in links, confirmations, notices about calls and your subscription – are delivered through Postmark.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection): on the sign-in page, Cloudflare checks from the IP address and browser characteristics that no automated program is requesting links.
  • jsDelivr (CDN): the layout framework of our pages is loaded from this network, which therefore receives your IP address.

Cookies

We set only essential cookies: for your sign-in, for your language choice, and to remember whether the free trial has already been used. No tracking, no advertising, no analytics tools.

How long

Account and reminder data remain as long as your account exists. Security logs are deleted after 12 months. Stripe keeps payment receipts for the legally required period.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, or its correction or deletion, at any time by writing to info@roslab.com. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian data-protection law apply; the supervisory authority is the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).
