Questions
Can I try the service before paying?
Yes. New accounts get 3 free credits after confirming their email — enough for three real calls. For an instant test, book a call for a time that has just passed: we call within a minute.
Do I need a password?
No. We send you a secure login link by email when you need to sign in.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the paid month and reminders you’ve already scheduled still go ahead. Unused plan credits are saved and become usable again as soon as you resubscribe.
What is a credit?
One scheduled reminder uses 1 credit – however many times we have to ring. A daily reminder for a month therefore uses 30 credits.
How long are credits valid?
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from your last top-up – every top-up renews the period for all your credits. Plan credits don’t expire: unused ones carry over to the next month.
Can I book only one reminder?
Yes. You can book one call reminder without signing up.
What if my plan credits run out before the month ends?
You can still book. If the credits don't cover every call in a booking, the rest is charged per call at checkout – or you buy a credit pack. Next month you receive your full plan credits again.
Is the credit refunded if nobody answers?
No. The calls were placed – up to 12 attempts – even if nobody picked up. The credit is refunded when you cancel a reminder in time, up to one minute before the call.
How can I pay?
With Bancontact, credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Monthly plans are paid by card. Payment runs through Stripe; your card details never reach us.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. The receipt is emailed by Stripe, our payment provider, to the address you enter at checkout.
